The purpose of this post is two-fold: one is to mark the end of my participation in Trend Micro’s Digital Joneses campaign, which I have enjoyed and learned so much from, and to announce the #SecureNewYear Twitter Party on Tuesday, January 15th from 9-10pm ET,

As has been the goal in sharing all my Trend Micro posts and tips, the twitter party aims to discuss ways in which you can  start the New Year safe by protecting all your new tech gear against the latest security threats.Topics will include technology safety, keeping your family safe on the Internet, and tips to protect yourself and your loved ones from safety threats through technology.
