I am still on cloud nine from my adventures in Scotland.

You can read more about that in Exploring Scotland.

Here are some photos, starting with the Scottish Ceilidh, where I danced and danced and danced. Ah, pure joy. It was a wonderful way to end the trip and say farewell to our new found friends and gracious hosts.

Other great moments and the ever-present group shots, which give an insight of how fun our group was, photographed by Kenneth Hanley.

Will she be put outside to guard livestock? No. She is far more likely to be on the couch getting belly rubs and watching TV with us, or going for long walks in the park or around our country cottage, or falling asleep in her cushy bed.

She loves cuddles and scratches, walks, and kisses. She also seemingly loves #Survivalofthethickest and her new bed.

We are teaching her to do more than just sit on command, and have yet to hear her bark, though based on her in-take form at the shelter, she will at the mailman.

Thank you to everyone at @schuylercountyhumane for connecting us with this sweet angel. We are going to shower her with all the love. 💕 Support your local humane society.
