In my journey towards my little cafe dreams, I too In my journey towards my little cafe dreams, I took a break from art latte to try making some popular coffee drinks. Here’s my first try at Dalgona coffee. I made it pretty traditionally here but because I am not a big sugary coffee drinker, I would replace the sugar with honey. Still, I didn’t use as much sugar as it takes and it wasn’t overbearingly sweet…but it is strong!! What should I make next? #coffeelover #coffee

The autumnal equinox is upon us. I absolutely love The autumnal equinox is upon us. I absolutely love this time of year. Its representation of transition and change is something that encourages self reflection in me, where I sit in the courageous things I’ve done, either by choice or circumstance, and the accomplishments that followed. So much has happened since this time last year, it feels like a blur and though there is still so much more change ahead, a fog I can’t see clearly through right now, I am proud of where I stand today and all the incredible things I’ve done with the time given. So welcome to the season of moving on from the old. I look forward to the blissful quiet that follows before taking on the adventures ahead.
